My Jeff always made me laugh -- from the voices he did (Scooby, Donald Duck, etc.) to the comedians he would listen to and then imitate, he was filled with smiles.
June 23rd would have been his 46th birthday. In honor of him, I want to make you laugh with another Jeff...I hope you smile a little bit today. (P.S. It's clean humor with the except of a cuss word or two.)
